Dr. Sarah Liki Wayoe has a remarkable leadership style and an exceptional history of accomplishments in the engineering and construction industry. As the Executive Director of Finance and Administration at Wayoe Engineering and Construction Limited (WEC), she has played a crucial role in guiding the company towards its strategic goals and transforming it into a more innovative and customer-focused enterprise. WEC is one of the largest privately owned engineering and construction firms in Ghana, with world-class capabilities and expertise in structural steelwork, mechanical equipment, electrical and instrumentation, piping, and platework (SMEIPP) projects. Now, WEC has a presence in 10 African countries and boasts of a state-ofthe-art fabrication yard spanning 65,000 sqm that produces over 600 tons of fabricated steel per month.
Dr. Liki Wayoe is a visionary and result-driven leader who combines her expertise and experience in Industrial Finance and Investment to identify opportunities that may not be apparent to others. Dr. Liki Wayoe holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Finance and Investment from the esteemed Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast (UCC).
